In the Garden of Eden, sin broke the perfect communion between God and man. Yet, even in the midst of darkness, God gave a promise of hope.
At the very place of the fall, God announced the future victory over evil.
That promise was fulfilled in Bethlehem. The child born in a manger was the promised Seed, the one who would come to defeat the enemy.
Although Christ would be wounded on the cross, his victory would be complete by defeating sin and death, opening the way back to God.
From Eden to Bethlehem, a story of grace unfolds. God did not leave humanity lost in sin; He sent His Son to restore what was lost and offer salvation to all who believe.
That promise born in Bethlehem and triumphed on the cross calls you to return to God. If you acknowledge your need and believe in Jesus as your Savior, you can receive forgiveness and new life. Today is the day to open your heart and answer God's call.
“For God so loved the world that he gave his one and only Son, that whoever believes in him shall not perish but have eternal life.” John 3:16
