Pastor

Pastor Martin Wolf

He was born on February 22, 1969 in El Salvador, Central America. In 1985 he graduated from high school at the National Institute of the Morazán department. Later he continued his studies as a biology teacher at the National University of the same country. In 1988 he was forced to leave his country due to the civil war and moved to the state of New York in the United States of America. Since then until today his secular profession has been working in construction operating heavy construction machinery.

In 1991 he met young Griselda, whom he married in June 1992. Despite having grown up in a Christian home, he had not yet met Jesus Christ as his Savior. But God, who is great in mercy, put it in his heart on January 15, 2000 to visit a church, and that night he and his wife received Jesus Christ in their hearts as Lord and Savior.
In November 2001, God called him to preach the gospel and it was then that he decided to enter a Bible institute in the state of New York, where he graduated from three years of study in theology in 2004.

That same year he moved with his family to the state of North Carolina. There God allowed him to serve in a Church collaborating in various areas including preaching.
In 2008, he moved with his family to live in the neighboring state of South Carolina and continued to travel weekly to the NC church.

In 2011, God put it on his heart to attend another church and he and his family began attending Trinity Baptist Church in Fort Mill, SC. During this transition process, he preached on the radio, collaborating with the Light for the Nations ministry in Charlotte, NC.
God continued to open doors in the ministry and on September 16, 2012 he was ordained as associate pastor at Trinity Baptist Church with the purpose of starting a Spanish-speaking church in the city of Fort Mill, SC.

On April 14, 2013, God allowed him to start the Trinity Baptist ministry under the vision of his general pastor, Dr. Ricky D. Cope. In that same year, 2013, he participated historically in an evangelistic mission outside the country with Vision Ministries, where he had the privilege of preaching at the Corre Caminos stadium in El Salvador as a translator for his Pastor.

God has allowed him to continue his theological preparation at the “Trinity Bible College” where for the glory of God he has managed to obtain the certificates of:
• Associate degree in Theology
• Bachelor of Christian Ministries
• Master in Eschatology
• Master in Biblical Counseling.

In 2017, he had the opportunity to travel to Israel and study under the guidance of Dr. Ralph Sexton of Ashville NC. A year later, he traveled with Dr. Sexton to South Korea where he allowed them to share with Dr. Billy Kim and preach to thousands of people.

The purpose of his life is to bring glory to the Lord and to reach the world with the message of salvation; to let people know that through Christ, there is hope for the hopeless, there is help for those who cannot help themselves, and there is a home in Heaven for all who surrender their lives to Him.

Pastor Martin Lobo is married to his wife Griselda Lobo. They currently have 4 grandchildren and two children Jessica and David Lobo. Jessica is serving as the secretary for Trinity Church. David Lobo serves in the media department at Central Baptist Church in Sanford NC.
